- You
have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your
product to GPS-Guy.com. The item(s) which are
being shipped back must reach us within 30 days from the
date of the accepted return. If you fail to return
the item back to us within that 30 day grace period we
will refuse the shipment and have it sent back to you.
- When
the item is received we will refund your order subtotal
which does not include the shipping cost less $5.95 or
20% fee which ever amount is higher.
- In
order to qualify for a refund, ALL items must be
returned in their original conditions, this includes but
is not limited to original box, containers,
documentation, manuals, warranty cards, all accessories
or any other item that was included with that specific
product. Any item that is being returned must
NOT be opened. If the box has been opened
there is an extra 10% handling fee which will be taken
away from the qualified refund amount.
- All
shipping costs for returns must be paid by the customer.
GPS-Guy.com reserves the right to charge your credit
card any extra shipping costs for all returns.
This includes but is not limited to items which are
shipped back to us, duty or customs fees or any other
charges in regards to the return.
- Due to
shipping conflicts we are not able to accept any returns
from APO/FPO addresses. We apologize for any
inconvenience.
- All
orders which have been paid for by PayPal will receive a
store credit as their refund.
Questions & Answers:
Q: Are there any restocking fees that apply to my
refund?
A: Yes, we charge 20% or $5.95 (which ever amount is
higher) per item. If an item costs less then $5.95 we
will then apply the 20% charge.
Q: How do I initiate a refund?
A: In order to request a refund you must email us at
sales@gps-guy.com
with the following information:
Order#, First & Last Name, Products being returned, reason
for return.
When we receive your email we will send you
a RMA number which must be clearly printed on the shipping
receipt.

How long does it take to have my money refunded?
A: Please allow 12 to 16 days for your refund to be
processed after it has been accepted.

What if my item arrives after the 30 day grace period?
A: Any item that arrives after the 30 day grace
period will be shipped back to the customer at their
expense. If the item is refused PadStore.com reserves
the right to resell the item without applying any refunds to
the customer.
Q: I
paid for my order with PayPal how will you refund my money?
A: All orders which have been paid by PayPal will
receive a store credit.
