Q: What do you mean by Factory Reconditioned?
A: Factory Reconditioned means that it is not new and that it was either used before and sent back to the manufacturer for repairs or the product had manufacturer defects and it was sent back for repair.  In any case the product is fully functional like the new product.

Q: How long will it take for me to receive my order?
A: It normally takes 24 to 48 hours for your order to leave our warehouse.  After that period has passed it will depend on the shipping method you have chosen for your delivery.

Q: Which currency are the product prices listen in?
A: All of our products are listed in U.S. dollars.

Q: Where are your products shipped from? will I be charged custom fees?
A: All of our products are shipped from United States Oklahoma, if you are placing your order from outside of the United States you may have to pay duty and custom fees.  Please contact us for further information.

Q: Can I cancel my order it has not been processed as of yet?
A: Due to high volume of orders and the way our system is setup, we do not allow any cancellations.  If you have placed your order it will be processed within 24 to 48 hours.  Please review our Cancellation Policy for more information.

Q: I am located outside of United States and Canada, can I place an order?
A: Due to high volume of fraudulent orders, we do not accept orders from any other country other then United States and Canada.  Only on certain occasions we will allow the order to be processed for a country other then U.S. or Canada.  Please contact us for more details or view our International Orders Policy.

Q: Do you give quantity discounts on wholesale orders?
A: Yes, if you are ordering in quantity and would like to receive a discount per item please contact us with the names of the products and how many you wish to order.
